In this 2.5 day on-site workshop, you’ll explore how to create dynamic learning that delivers results consistently. In a series of fun, hands-on exercises you’ll discover what makes each learning style tick. You’ll build an inventory of training activities and delivery techniques you can use with any content.
You’ll create your next training design using the 4MAT model. We’ll do it the old fashioned way-on paper. And, we’ll set you up with our web-based training design software, 4Mation. You’ll leave with a deep understanding of what it takes to create transformative learning.
Workshops are held at the 4MAT 4Business offices-an intimate design studio environment that will kick your creativity into high gear.

Leading: There are four critical leadership functions that must be balanced. Yet, it is virtually impossible to find these four strengths in one individual. What are your leadership strengths? What can you do to address any potential gaps? What are the composite strengths and weaknesses of your work team?
Learning: There are four primary ways people like to take in and process information. We call these learning styles. You’ll discover your own style. Discover how to engage everyone, every time to using the 4MAT 4-step model.
Self and Team: How do you like to learn? What must be present for you to maximize your strengths in a learning, meeting or work environment? Discover your natural strengths using the Learning Type Measure (LTM®). And, learn how to engage, communicate and produce results with styles that are different than your own.
