Step 1: 4MAT Advanced Instructional Design
You’ll create your next instructional design using the 4MAT model. We’ll do it the old fashioned way — on paper. And, we’ll set you up with our web-based training design software, 4MATion®. You’ll leave with a deep understanding of what it takes to create transformative learning.

Step 2: 4MAT Trainer CertificationThis course prepares you for certification to lead 4MAT training programs within your host organization. Using a detailed facilitator guide, you will practice teaching the core concepts of the Advanced Instructional Design Course. Final certification is based on knowledge and skill in delivering the core concepts of 4MAT.
