What Defines Your Learning and Training Style?

This video explains the 4MAT Learning styles model. You can guess which of the four 4MAT learning style is your preferred style by answering the two questions shared. Your learning style refers to the part of the learning cycle that you prefer-the learning approach that you use most frequently. All learners engage in each of the four learning actions approaches identified in the 4MAT model. The 4MAT model for designing and delivering training intentionally guides the training designer in developing a learning experience that leads the learner through the four part cycle of learning. While doing this, you engage all learners and ensure learning impact.
