	Manage your Team The Online LTM has two levels of access. The Administrator and the recipient. The Administrator controls all users' test results under the same account. Recipients are only allowed access to their personal profile. This makes it easy to manage your team and keep profiles organized.
	Share the Assessment Send the online assessment to team members. It's easy. Click the "send to a friend" button, enter their email, send and they receive a direct link in their inbox.
	Delay Results Choose if your team members can view their results immediately, or at a later time. When you are ready to share their results, simply click the "send results" button and the email automatically sends out.
	Team Name & Team Overlay View and print your individual learning strengths results on the LTM Results Graph. Group multiple team members under the same team name to activate the Team Overlay and compare their learning strengths on the same graph.
